Pre-recorded Matwork Classes

Using props and body weight style exercises you will be guided through an exercise routine designed to challenge your coordination, control and body awareness. While matwork might look easy, we promise you it isn’t! Our classes use contemporary and traditional Pilates principles to focus on core strengthening and improvement in posture, flexibility, mobility and stability. We recommend having some Pilates props on hand, a set of small hand weights (cans or water bottles will do), resistance bands, stability balls (a cushion or towel rolled up can work), yoga blocks (or thick books) and sliding disks (socks, paper plates or hand towels will do the trick).

Many of these classes are pregnancy and post natal friendly with modifications offered.
