Empower Pilates Ellenbrook is your go-to destination for high energy Reformer, spicy mat classes and barre in Ellenbrook.

We have a class to suit everyone, from Reformer Restore (reformer stretch classes) to our high intensity Reformer Sweat and barre classes.

Our classes will have you leaving feeling stronger, longer and empowered to take on the world.

Our Ellenbrook studios has toilet and shower facilities. Our studio is accessible for people living with disability and we have accessible parking and toilet facilities.

We have a change table for those with little ones.

We have ample parking out the front and overflow street parking.

We have a supervised creche at Ellenbrook. You can rest assured that there is a watchful eye on your little ones so that you can relax and enjoy some 'you' time. The creche is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 8.30am - 11.30am with plans to increase our creche hours in the future. For casual visits creche costs $3 per child. For members, creche is free. We look forward to meeting your little one.

Empower Pilates Studio is a space where every body belongs and can feel welcome to show up, every day, exactly how they are.

We are looking forward to meeting you. On your first visit please come in a little early to fill out any paperwork and get acquainted with your teacher and our studio. We want your visit to be enjoyable and relaxed and not a rushed experience.

Please note that we lock the front door when classes are running so that belongings are kept safe. If you arrive and the front door is locked, please be patient and you will be let in once the class finishes.
